In an already extremely friendly city, I stumbled across this gem run by potentially the nicest, most attentive people I've encountered since I've lived in St. Pete. Their hospitality was matched only by the quality of the breakfast they served me. Not sure I'll got to breakfast anywhere else in town, having had such a terrific experience.

Outstanding food and service! The catering these guys provide is also outstanding. Quick and easy! The vibe in the restaurant is very homey and loveable nothing but good vibes here! A must try for the Tampa Bay locals oor anyone visiting the area!

Great breakfast location. Service was excellent and welcoming. Try the blueberry pancakes. They are excellent. Varied menu beyond your typical eggs and bacon.

First time at City's Bistro, and overall a good experience. Service was excellent! Very basic decor but bright and open and clean. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great. I ordered the signature reuben, with potato salad and slaw. The rueben was excellent, but the sides were unremarkable. They tasted like they were standard sides out of the tub from a provisioner which you get in most restaurants. The product they use could use a little spice or acid to elevate it to the high level of the rueben. I'll certainly go back and surely will have another good meal. Hopefully they will have "signature" sides.

City's is a go-to spot for me and I know the menu like the back of my hand, so when a new "seasonal" item appears it stands out. In a world of "pumpkin spice everything" , I had my doubts about the Pumpkin Spice waffle special recently added to City's menu, but WOW! I am glad I ordered it - It reminded me how this flavor became so ridiculously popular in the first place. The waffle receives the usual dedication to detail in preparation that I have come to expect at City's - it's perfect: crispy outside, resiliently soft inside, and permeated with the perfect blend of pumpkin and spice flavors, accompanied by a chef-prepped special butter...ahhhhh, I could go on, but you need to get yourself over there and try it if you ever thought you maybe liked pumpkin spice ... even just a little bit.

My mom and I was debating about trying this new place versus our typical First Watch. However City Bistro won the vote, and I'm so glad we tried it! The service was phenomenal and same with the food. It's a local business that really does a great job with their food. Their prices are pretty standard for the area. My mom got the traditional with fruit (in lieu Of the grits) and she loved it. I had the Big city Breakfast that had three eggs, bacon, sausage patty, fruit (in lieu of the grits), a cheddar biscuit , and blueberry pancake. Everything was so good. But I will say the blueberry pancake was probably one of the best I've had!!! Definitely will be back

What super high quality breakfast & lunch spot! Don't sleep on this. Love loved everything start to finish. Super clean & super nice people too! Enjoyed the Daily lunch special of soup & 1/2 sandwich for just under $10. Such.a.deal. The NY Special Roast Beef had fresh baked thick cut rye bread with medium rare roast beef 'n Swiss w/cole slaw and Russian dressing. Reeeally good. Very satisfying. And the soup of the day was the most savory and flavorful creamy curry chicken. Incredible for this price. Also served with a little side of their just perfect potato salad. Highly recommend. I can't wait to return for breakfast!
